Aujourd'hui, la notion d’autorité à bord des navires de plaisance signifie seulement <strong><em>« <span style="color: #008000; font-size: 12pt;">Organisation</span></em><span style="color: #008000;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> et <em>sécurité</em></span>.</span> »</strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times;"><span style="color: #000000;">Pour tout ce qui concerne la vie à bord, c’est la liberté complète, mais pour le navire il en va autrement. Il y a sur le navire <strong>UN <span style="color: #0000ff;">CHEF DE BORD</span></strong>.(<strong><em>skipper</em></strong>) dont le seul objectif sera la sécurité du navire et de l’équipage en navigation et en plongées. </span><span style="color: #000000;">Tous les équipiers doivent l'accepter librement avant le départ. Si l’on n’a pas confiance en lui pourquoi est-on à bord ?<br /></span></span><span style="font-family: times new roman, times;"><br />Nous devrons vivre sur un bateau. Qui est comme tous les bateaux, est un univers clos à l’espace limité, ou les réactions sont amplifiées. « <span style="color: #008000;"><strong><em>Veillons donc au moral et à la bonne humeur de tous</em></strong></span>. »<span style="color: #000000;"><br /></span>La croisière devra rester un moment de liberté et de détente où tout le monde vivra comme il le désire sans toutefois empiéter sur la liberté des autres.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 10pt; color: #000000;">Il n’est pas agréable de vivre plusieurs jours en compagnie de râleurs chroniques ni de personnes qui mettent du désordre partout. <br />Quelques règles simples peuvent rendre la vie à bord agréable pour tous.<br /></span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: #000000;">Ne pas gaspiller inutilement l’eau La réserve d’eau froide & chaude est très limitée, donc chaque fois que cela sera possible il est préférable de prendre sa douche à la Marina.</span> <br />Si on la prend à bord, il faut le faire rapidement et en utilisant le minimum d’eau</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 10pt;">Éviter de laisser traîner ses affaires partout.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times;">Rien n’est insonorisé à bord. Il convient donc d’éviter d’empêcher de dormir ceux qui ont sommeil.</span><span style="font-family: times new roman, times;"><span style="color: #000000;"> </span>Il est de bon goût pour les couples de faire preuve d’un minimum de discrétion.</span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 10pt;">Fumer dans le carré intérieur ou les cabines est « <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>très dangereux et donc strictement interdit</strong> </span>», c’est possible dans le carré extérieur <strong>à condition de ne gêner personne</strong>. <br />La fumée dérange certaines personnes, on doit les respecter.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="color: #000000;">V</span>os effets personnels seront <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>toujours</strong></span> bien rangés dans votre sac ou dans les équipets prévus à cet effet</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 10pt;">Pour faciliter l’organisation votre skipper organise une tournante dans l’équipage en désignant<span style="color: #000000;"><br /></span>Chaque jour une équipe de trois personnes. Ils auront pour mission, <br /></span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 10pt;">mettre la table et la débarrassée après chaque repas, </span></li>

Cette cagnotte va servir pour : l’achat du pain – achat d’un éventuel complément d’avitaillement (<em>avec l’accord de tous</em>) <br />– les frais de route (port, bouée d’amarrage… ) le plein final de carburant</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times;"><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Pour les repas</span></strong> :<br /></span><span style="font-family: times new roman, times;">Tous l’avitaillement est à bord (nourriture, boissons, divers…) à disposition de tout l’équipage </span></span><br /><span style="font-family: times new roman, times; font-size: 10pt;"> en principe aucun achat à faire avant ou pendant la croisière (excepté le pain)<br />L’achat journalier de pain frais sera réalisé par un volontaire « lève-tôt » qui se rendra à terre avec le pneumatique.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times;">Un livre <em>« <strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Composition des Menu</span>s</strong> »</em> menu est réalisé par votre skipper<br />Dans ce livre deux listes de menus : les <span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>DINERS</strong></span> pour le midi et les <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>SOUPERS</strong></span> pour le soir<br />Une page par type avec recette et méthode, la liste et la quantité des ingrédients, <br /></span><span style="font-family: times new roman, times;">une grande partie des repas sont des conserves faite maison (stérilisation) ce qui permet à l’équipe du jour de préparer 2 repas chaud pour 10 à 12personnes <br />sur 20 à 30 minutes maximum et cela sans grande connaissance en cuisine</span></span></p>

Cette cagnotte va servir pour : l’achat du pain – achat d’un éventuel complément d’avitaillement (<em>avec l’accord de tous</em>) <br />– les frais de route (port, bouée d’amarrage… ) le plein final de carburant</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman, times;">Un livre <em>« <strong><span style="color: #0000ff;">Composition des Menu</span>s</strong> »</em> menu est réalisé par votre skipper<br />Dans ce livre deux listes de menus : les <span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong>DINERS</strong></span> pour le midi et les <span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>SOUPERS</strong></span> pour le soir<br />Une page par type avec recette et méthode, la liste et la quantité des ingrédients, <br /></span><span style="font-family: times new roman, times;">une grande partie des repas sont des conserves faite maison (stérilisation) ce qui permet à l’équipe du jour de préparer 2 repas chaud pour 10 à 12personnes <br />sur 20 à 30 minutes maximum et cela sans grande connaissance en cuisine</span></span></p>
